Warranty
Quality Systems, Inc. (QSI), as the manufacturer of PermaCrete products, warrants to the purchasing Independent Dealer that PermaCrete products are of uniformity and consistent quality within manufacturer's specifications, and therefore shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment to the purchasing Independent Dealer. Since installation and use of the products are beyond QSI's control, the end-user assumes all risk of installation and use of the products, and QSI's liability shall be limited solely to the replacement of defective materials, as the case may be, which are proven to be defective upon QSI's inspection.
Independent Dealers
All product and installation warranties are issued by the Independent Dealer who purchases PermaCrete products from QSI and installs them for his retail (end-user) customers. The typical warranty issued by the installing Dealer to his retail customer is for a period of one (1) year covering materials and labor. Additionally, the Dealer may, at his sole option, offer an annual maintenance agreement to his retail customer, or offer QSI's 5 or 10 Year Limited Product Replacement Warranty to his retail customer. PermaCrete products must be installed in accordance with QSI's current, published specifications, product instructions, and installation procedures. Each product installation is the sole responsibility of the Independent Dealer, and all retail purchasers of a product installation, such as homeowners, builders, architects or commercial institutions, should pre-determine the credibility and proficiency of the installing Independent Dealer by requesting product sample boards, customer references, and photos of previous jobs, among other criteria, before installation. The 5-Year & 10-Year Limited Product Warranty(s) from Quality Systems, Inc., the manufacturer of PermaCrete products, are issued solely by the installing Independent Dealer to his retail customer; and, warrant that PermaCrete products are free from defects in material and workmanship; and, warrant that surface deterioration will be limited as defined on the face of the Warranty. Any materials with a proven manufacturer's defect will be replaced as defined on the face of the Warranty for a period of up to five or ten years, as the case may be, from the date of the installing Dealer's product installation. This Limited Warranty is for product replacement only from QSI, and all installation or labor expenses to repair or replace the defective products is solely the responsibility of the installing Dealer. QSI is not liable for any damages, injury, loss, direct or consequential, resulting from the installation or use of the products.
