George Pinger came to Quality Systems, Inc. (QSI) in the summer of 1999.  George is a Graduate of Western State College in Gunnison, Colorado with a degree in Business Administration.  While in Gunnison, he was part of the Mountaineer Football Program that went to the NAIA National Playoffs against Texas A&I in Kingsville, Texas.  George attempted to continue his sports career with the NFL Denver Broncos organization only to fall short with repeated knee injuries.

George then went into the Hospitality industry with different stints at such renowned resorts as the Doral Resort and Country Club in Miami, Florida; the Royal Lahaina Resort in Kaanapali, Hawaii; and, the Sandestin Resort in Destin, Florida.

In 1994, George moved to Nashville, Tennessee and opened the legendary Capitol Grille restaurant at the Hermitage Hotel, which was featured in the April 1995 Esquire magazine as one of the Top 10 eating establishments in America.

After subsequently owning several of his own fine cuisine restaurants in Nashville, George profitably sold the last one in the winter of 1999, and started his productive sales career at QSI where he continues to expand QSI’s worldwide PermaCrete Dealer program.
