Attractive Patio in Oregon! The Bryant family in Bend, Oregon hired Permacrete Dealer, Eddie Thomas, to resurface their 1,800 sq ft Patio. The initial skim coat was done with natural-colored Eddie then took a 22" x 28" poster board; cut it in half and half again, to create random tile sizes ranging from 22"x 28" to 11" x 14". Eddie laid out the poster boards, and used 1/2" pattern tape to create the patio pattern over the original skim coat. Next, Eddie used 8 oz of Brown 3 Colorant per Matrix bag, and sprayed his texture coat in an orange peel finish using the PermaCrete Magic Trowel on the surface. He then made a slurry coat of PermaCrete Matrix, added more Brown 3, and faux-painted each tile. After the applications were completely dry, he applied 2 coats of Perma•Seal Clear Sealer to complete the project. Great Job, Eddie! |
