When not using a full Perma·Poxy Enamel kit, follow these guidelines.
Exact amounts of 2 Parts A to 1 Part B are required, and even variances as small as +/- three percent (3%) can adversely affect the cure process and permanently leave the applied product soft and rubberized.
Too much Part B (activator) will leave the finished surface soft and may cause spider webbing across the surface. Do not add extra Part B in an attempt to accelerate the cure time.
Too little Part B (activator) will prevent the A/B mixture from curing out and leaves a sticky surface.
PROPER MIXING INSTRUCTIONS WHEN USING PART OF A FULL KIT- Stir Part A (pigmented)
- Measure out the proper amount of Part A
- Place Part A into a separate container
- Add the proper amount of Part B to the container
- Stir the mixture and apply to the surface
