In its 2005 ICF Report, Permanent Buildings & Foundations Magazine came to a definite conclusion:
“the ICF Industry is headed toward its biggest and best year ever.” The magazine’s research determined that continuing increases
in housing starts nation-wide coupled with the projection that mortgage interest rates will remain at a low level will present a
definite opportunity for growth in the ICF market. ICF‘s held a 4.0% segment of the above grade residential market in 2003, up from 3.8% in 2002.
