The PermaCrete research and development team is continuing to provide new products and services for its Dealers worldwide. A few of the exciting new products and services that will be offered to PermaCrete Dealers in 2007 are shown below. Note: This section will continue to be updated each month.

PreColored Bag Mixes

In January 2007, all of PermaCrete's seven (7) different types of Matrix Mixes (now offered in white only) will be available to Dealers in thirty (30) PreColored Mixes, in addition to the standard white mix. Click here to view the PreColored Matrix Mix colors. Importantly, Matrix Colorant will not be needed in applications using PreColored Matrix Mixes. Note: There is a thirty (30) bag minimum order for all PreColored Mixes.

PreMix in Pails

In January 2007, PermaCrete Matrix (in PreColored or standard White) will be available to Dealers in individual PreMix Pails that contain a special Matrix formulation along with the required Bonding Additive. Importantly, all of the standard strength characteristics remain the same in the PreMix product. Click here to view product display of PreMix Pails. The PreMix, which won't set up in the pail after it's stirred, is opened and stirred at the jobsite, and then can be used and re-used, troweled or sprayed, for up to three (3) days from the time of original mixing. However, as soon as the PreMix is applied in the normal thin coating on horizontal or vertical surfaces, it sets-up and cures very quickly as usual. Note: There is a thirty (30) pail minimum order for PreMix Pails.

Dealer Order Wizard

In May 2007, the Dealer Order Wizard software program that conveniently allows a Dealer to instantly create his product order for any job project, and which shows the specific materials & quantities needed along with the total Dealer material costs and the Dealer's cost per sq. ft., will be available Dealers on CD. A Dealer may receive his CD at no charge from QSI with a request by phone or email to QSI. This great new program completely simplifies material ordering for both vertical & horizontal projects while accounting for critical decision factors such as temperatures, textures, patterns, repairs, and cleaning as the Dealer merely enters a few key factors about the project into the program.

WaterBase Urethane

In June 2007, a new, two-part Waterbase Urethane (recreated Perma•Thane CRU-750) will be available to Dealers in all of the existing Perma•Thane colors; custom colors will also be available. Significantly, this new user- friendly product can be applied in interior as well as exterior applications without the use of NIOSH/MSHA approved breathing respirators.
