Warranty Alert

The PERMA·CRETE® 5 and 10 Year Limited Warranties contain the following language:

NOTE: This Limited Warranty will apply only if the following project information, along with the Dealer's customer's name, address and telephone number, are submitted in writing to QSI by the Independent Dealer at the time of the Dealer's project material order for approval by QSI PRIOR to the project inception.

To have a warranty issued by QSI to the Dealer's customer, the project information on a warranty form must accompany the product order. This enables QSI to determine whether the correct products and sufficient amounts of product are being ordered by the Dealer for that project.

Warranties submitted to QSI after the project is completed will not be issued. This has been the published policy of QSI for over 10 years and protects both QSI and the Dealer.
