Co-op Advertising – How To

Each ad proposal must be submitted to QSI for approval PRIOR to publication. Whether for radio, television, newspaper, billboard, flyers, etc., the ad proposal must be submitted to QSI to qualify for the product credit reimbursement. For a radio or television ad (non-print ads), please provide a full description of the ad content, the name of the station(s) which will run the ad, how frequently the ad will be run, and copies of the contracts for production and placement.

Each ad must include the Independent PermaCrete Dealer logo found in the Dealer Manual, Section 10.

A minimum of fifty percent (50%) of the ad copy must be specifically about PermaCrete. Refer to the Dealer Manual, Section 2, or www.permacrete.com for ideas; for example, over 6,000 PSI compressive strength, horizontal or vertical applications, available in over 170 standard as well as custom-ordered colors, can be applied in multiple textures and patterns.

Proof of payment for the ad, such as a vendor’s invoice marked “PAID”, must be provided to QSI, along with a copy of the ad in its final published version. QSI will issue to the Dealer a product credit for twenty percent (20%) of the amount of the paid invoice.
