The outstanding look in this driveway in Lake Forest, Illinois,
was created by Michael Beaulieu of Applied Surface Concepts
in nearby Lake Geneva. Mike was careful to thoroughly clean
and prepare the worn surface of the driveway before starting the
project. Next, he spent important time repairing the expansion
joints to avoid future problems. Using a cobble stone circle pattern,
he created the three striking medallions and then hand-laid the border
using brick tape. The results are clearly impressive. In fact, the homeowner
now wants the same pattern installed around his pool next spring,
so Mike will definitely be able to use the $500 in FREE MATRIX Mix he
has been awarded for sharing his Before & After photos. Thanks,
