PermaCrete Strengthens a Home



Curtis Jordan is a local Tennessee Dealer who installed PermaCrete on this new home. The residence is a 4,378 sq. ft. ICF home located in Spring Hill, Tennessee (Bethesda Subdivision). An Ivory Cream pre-colored Matrix Mix and Clear PermaSeal were used as the finish coat, which is a smooth, sand texture.

A Polar White regular Matrix and White PermaSeal were applied over the Hopper Architectural Products' door and window trim mouldings. Hardee Backer board was used to create soffit and fascia around the roof line, and was then coated with pre-colored Matrix Mix. This is a 2 story contemporary, split-level structure with a basement located in the rear of the home.
