PermaPeople: Technical Support Team When you're on the job and need questions answered quickly about an installation, this is our "Go To" Team . Gary Osterhoff and David Harkins have over 20 years experience in the coatings industry. Technical support is very important in any business, and at PermaCrete we take great pride in the fine job these guys deliver to our Dealers. 
David Harkins ( left ) - Has been with Quality Systems for almost 3 years, and has been in Nashville for 20 years; he has 3 children. David brings a wealth of knowledge to QSI from his years of experience in the commercial and industrial coatings industry. There is no substitute for on-the-job training! Gary Osterhoff ( right ) - Has been with Quality Systems for 4 years, and has been in Nashville for 14 years. Gary has 8 children and 26 grandchildren, so you know he stays busy. Gary has many years working as project manager for insurance restoration companies, and his training and expertise with PermaCrete is outstanding. |
